ERROR (Line 1248): The element 'Form1095CUpstreamDetail' in namespace 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty19' has invalid child element 'CoveredIndividualGrp' in namespace 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty19'.

I can't figure out this error
