How to use ezPaycheck with QuickBooks
https://www.halfpricesof...zPaycheck_quickbooks.asp QuickBooks doesn't allow other software to write payroll data directly to its database. Many QB clients get the summary data from ezPaycheck reports and manually enter it into QuickBooks to track the running balance.
For example: You paid 8 employees for $30,000 (net pay) in Nov. (You can find this data from "employee payroll detail report.")
- You can add one Vendor "All Employees" in QB and then record the payment of $30,000 in QuickBooks.
- When you make the Quarterly Federal Deposit, you can record the payment to the IRS in QB also.
2. ezPaycheck offers summary and detailed payroll reports. You can learn more at

3. When you add an employee, you can specify the state tax option.
