For 1099-misc and 1096 Printing
ezW2 can print 1099 misc forms Copy 1, 2, B, C on white paper. IRS does not certify the substitute forms right now. You need to print 1099-misc copy A and 1096 on the red-ink forms.

For W2 and W3 Printing
No red forms needed. ezW2 can print ALL W-2 forms (copy A, B, C, D, 1 and 2) and W-3 forms on plain paper with your laser or ink-jet printer. The black and white substitute forms of W-2 Copy A and W-3 are SSA-approved (Vendor ID: 1335).

If you prefer pre-printed forms, ezW2 also fills data on red forms.

PDF Forms (Optional)
If you want to cut the mailing cost, ezW2 can generate PDF format forms for W2 copies B, C, D, 1 and 2 and 1099-misc copy 1, 2, B and C.

Electronic Filing (Optional)

When you efile 1099MISC to the IRS do you still need to print the 1099 Copy-A forms and send them?

When printing the 1099MISC on preprinted forms the recipient's City, State, ZIP line is one line too high and prints over the field heading.

Please download the latest version of ezW2 software. it should have fixed this issue.
