Thank you for your interest in our software. Can you please check the following so that we can resolve your issue.
1- Did you copy and paste the entire key, including the dashes into the registration area? It requires the dashes also. If not, please try this first.
2. What version are you currently utilizing? Go to help- about on the top menu. Please send an email to
services@halfpricesoft.com with your current version. This is the quickest way to ensure you have installed the software that correlates with the key you purchased.
3. Are you using the software on it's own or are you trying to print through QB? If you are using Quickbooks to print checks on blank stock, you will need to also download the virtual printer and purchase the key that is specific to this software. (The link is below for download and purchase)

If you purchased for Windows, a windows key will have been sent and same for MAC. Be sure you have installed the correct version for your machine.
