I got a letter from IRS and they want me to send the copies of 941 for 3rd quater and 4th quater of 2011. My current system shows only 2013 and 2014. I know I have used your software since 2009 onwards. How can I retrieve my 2011 941 forms. Thanks

Thank you for using ezPaycheck payroll software. Here are the steps:

1. Check your data first
Click ezPaycheck left menu "Forms and reports", then "reports". Open "Employer Customized Report". Then generate the report for 3rd Quarter and 4th Quarter for Year 2011

If you always use ezPaycheck on the same machine, you should see Year 2011 data here.

2. Backup your current data first (Your data should be safe during this process. However, we still suggest you backup data first.)

3. Uninstall ezPaycheck 2014

4. Download and install ezPaycheck 2011, print the old reports

5. uninstall ezPaycheck 2011, install ezPaycheck 2014
