Are you using ezPaycheck 2015 payroll software now? ezPaycheck can export paycheck data and employee data into .csv file, then you can import into other software. QuickBooks does not allow other software to write data back to it directly.
If you just need to track the running balance, ezPaycheck report feature will work for you. Some of our customers get the summary data from report and enter it into QuickBooks manually. I hope it can work for you too.
By the way, do you know ezPaycheck can generate and print tax form W2, W3, 940 and 941? It can also generate the report to deposit income tax. You can learn more here
