As the C.E.O. I often pay myself once a quarter (or even less often) not weekly. (It used to be yearly.) When setting my salary, the software seems to be requiring
weekly paychecks for me. So, I've been forced to issue manual checks rather than enter them in the software. Is there any way to force it to pay my salary quarterly or on dates of my choosing etc. instead of weekly like the other employees?

ezPaycheck does not support Quarterly pay period right now. Here is my suggestion:

1. At the end of each quarter, you can change the pay period to "monthly"

2. Add three paychecks. You can specify the pay from date and pay ending date. You can use the same pay date.
Then ezPaycheck will calculate the taxes for you automatically.

3. Print the paychecks.

4. Change the pay period back to "Weekly".
