We noticed some MAC system cannot support png file and will cause this error when printing checks. Another possible reason is the database file is crashed.
Here is my suggestion:
1. Click the
ezCheckPrinting top menu "Accounts" to add a new account. Just use the default data to see if you can print a check.
2. If you can print check in step 1, you can edit your current working account (ie: change logo or signature image).
Or you can add a new account and set up your bank account information to print checks.
