ezAccounting software calculates state taxes based employee's address. If you have oversea employees, you can select "OTHTERS/NON-US" as state when you set up an employee.
Step 1: Start ezAccounting and click the top menu "Payroll/Employee", then "Employee list" to add the oversea employee.
1.1 When you add this employee, please select "Others/NON_US" as the state.
2.1 Edit tax options if needed.
ezAccounting payroll software will not withhold US state taxes for this foreign employee. If this oversea employee has special tax status (ie: no Social Security Tax withhold), you can also edit the tax options from the employee set up.
