How to Save An Invoice as a PDF file in ezAccounting

Before you generate the invoice

If you just installed ezAccounting software, you need to
  • set up your company
  • add customers
  • add products
  • customize invoice layout(optional)

    Steps to Save an invoice as a PDF file:

    Step 1: Start ezAccounting application, click the shortcut button "Add Invoice" to add a new invoice.

    Step 2: Enter invoice details and click the "Save" button to save the invoice.

    Step 3: Click the "Save PDF Invoice" button to save the invoice as a PDF file.


    Step 4: Select PDF file folder.
