ezAccounting version 2.1.19 and later versions can support this option to mask or print entire SSN on pay stubs

  • Start ezAccounting software
  • Click the top menu "Company" then sub menu "Settings list", then "Mask SSN on pay stub".
  • If "Mask SSN" option is checked, ezPaycheck will print last four digits of SSN on pay stubs only. Otherwise, ezPaycheck payroll software will print the entire SSN.
  • Save change.
