I only have a couple payroll clients (about 10 employees total) and about 15 clients who have 1099 forms (about 25 in total).




This product seems well suited for me.




Last year, this software saved me money because I didn't need special paper for W2/W3 forms, however, I did need to purchase the red forms for 1099 and 1096 IRS filing.




Is this still the case this year ?




Basically, your customers would be interested in the following improvements:




Printing the red form 1099 / 1096 that is acceptable to the IRS




E-filing option to social security / W2/W3 forms




E-filing 1099/1096 to IRS.




I would pay extra for the software either at a fixed cost (red forms) or per company e-filing.




Just curious if these upgrades are offered, and if so, at what cost; if not, maybe this is something that you can offer in the future ?

Thank you for using ezW2. Here are the answers to your questions.

1. ezW2 2017 supports the same features as ezW2 2016.

2. 1099 MISC copy A and 1096 white paper printing
IRS does not certify white paper form printing. (SSA certifies W2 copy A and W3. Our vender ID is 1335). So we cannot offer this feature. You can still red forms for 1099 copy A and 1096 this tax season.

3. W2 W3 efile
ezW2 efile version support this feature

4. 1099-misc and 1096 efile
ezW2 efile version support this feature.
