Dear Customer Services,
Is there any way to leave box 16 (state wages, tips) and box 18 (local
wages, tips) automatic blank for these states without income tax filing when
print the W2. For example: Texas, Nevada, .

Yes. If the field value is $0, ezW2 will leave the field blank when printing form on paper.

Please just print a form on white paper and review it. You will see box 16 and box 18 are blank.
