    Step 1: Duplicate the current account

    1.1 Start ezPaycheck payroll software

    1.2 Click the top menu "Company", then click sub menu "Duplicate Current Account"

    1.3 Enter the new file name (Note: Please use letters and numbers only. Some computers cannot support special characters in file name)

    Step 2: Switch the current account

    2.1 Click the top menu "Company", then click sub menu "Select Current Company" to switch the new company as the current company
