Step 1: Please make sure your bank account supports the ACH transactions
If your bank account (or your client's bank account) does not currently support ACH payments, please contact the bank's business support team to enable this feature, as front desk staff may not be able to assist with this request.

Step 4. Upload the ACH File to Bank to Process the Transactions
Once you enable ACH payment feature with your bank, they will provide you with a login ID, password, login page link, token devices, and a step-by-step guide to get started.
3.1 For Direct Payments to Your Employees: You can Log in to your bank account and upload the ACH file directly.
3.2 For CPAs with Access to Client Bank Accounts: You can log in to your client's bank account and upload the ACH file directly.
3.3 For CPAs Without Access to Client Bank Accounts: Simply send the ACH file to your client, and they can upload it to their bank themselves.
