Customer Service:
I need help as soon as possible. I have used Ezcheckprinting for Quickbooks since 2020 and have had no issues until I installed the new version single user Quickbooks and Quicken bundle for windows, Version 9 (ezcheckprinting = virtual printer).
The next week, when I tried to print checks for my clients, when I tried to chose the virtual printer it was no longer listed as available in my printer list in Quick books nor was it listed on my computer as a printer choice. I read information from your website and reinstalled the software and was able to use the virtual printer and print the checks.
Now it is another week and when I went in to Quickbooks to insure that I would be able to print checks for my clients this week, once again the virtual printer was not there as a printer choice.
I have paid for this software and do not understand why it continues to disappear from my printer choice list. I need to be able to print from Quickbooks as I was able to do previously without having to uninstall and reinstall each week.
Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.
