Option 1: Install ez1095 on Client Machines and Share the Same Database File on the Server.
Install ez1095 on the first machine or server
1. Download and install ez1095 on one machine first and enter license key.
2. Start ez1095 application, setup company, enter form data and print one test form to make sure ez1095 works normally.

3. Copy this database file to server
Click the top menu "Company Management" then click "Backup Current Account" sub menu to copy current database file to a network folder.
4. Click top menu "Company Management" and click sub menu "Select Company" to open Switch Account screen. (If you are using the network version, you will be able to change the directory.)
- You can change the current directory to the network location.
- Select the database file
- Click the OK button to save your change.

5. Download and install ez1095 on the second machine. Repeat step 4 to switch the current database file.
Option 2: Install ez1095 on Server and Give Remote Access Permission to Multiple Users
You can download and install ez1095 on server and give access permissions to multiple users.
1. Log on server as administrator, download and install ez1095 on server.
2. Start ez1095 application, setup company, employee information and print one test check to make sure ez1095 works normally. You can learn more from ez1095 Quick Start Guide.
3. Log on client machine and test ez1095.
Each client should enough permissions(read, write and execute permissions) to access ez1095 application and database file.
What permissions do I need
If you are using ez1095 single user version, you need to make sure you have the Full Control permissions (or at least read, write and execute permissons) of the two folders below> You also need to have the same permission to access all files inside the folders. (If you the only user of your machine, usually you should have these permissions by default.)
Default Data folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ez1095(2015)
Program folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Halfpricesoft\ez1095(2015)
If you are sharing data on server, you also need to make sure the you have enough permission to access the file(s).

How can I know I have enough permission
- Open Windows Explore, navigate to the database folder or program folder
- Select the folder by mouse, right click to view properties. You need to have read, write and execute permisson.
- If you do not have the permission, you can click the Edit button to edit it.
