You can transfer ez1095 software from an old computer to a new computer easily.
Step 1: Transfer data
Option 1 for business HR: Use database back up and restore functions to move data
Option 2 for CPAs: Move data for multiple accounts manually

Option 1: Use ez1095 backup feature
Step 1.1.1: Start ez1095 software then click the top menu "Company Management->Backup Current Company".
You can save the backup file to one USB disk or a shared folder on server.

Step 1.1.2: Download and install the correct version of ez1095 on the new computer
Step 1.1.3: Start ez1095 on the new computer and restore data by clicking the top menu "Company Management->Restore Company".
Step 1.1.4: Switch current account to view data by clicking the top menu "Company Management->Select Company"
