ezAccounting software includes payroll features. It can fill in and print tax form W2, W3, 940 and 941. However EzAccounting will not fill in state and local forms automatically.
Some local offices mail tax forms to employers directly. Some state allows employers to download forms online. If you have any questions about how to fill in state and local forms, please contact your local office.
ezAccounting software can generate several reports to help you prepare federal, state, city and other local tax forms. You can click ezAccounting top menu "Report" to view employer and employee payroll reports.
#1: Employer Report
You can double click the desktop ezAccounting shortcut icon to start ezAccounting. You can click the top menu "Reports" and click the sub menu "Employer Report" to the employer summary report.

Step 2: Employee Summary List Report
You can click the top menu "Reports" and click the sub menu "Employee Report", then choose "Employee Summary List".

#3. Export Payroll Data
You can export payroll data into .csv file and view it with MS Excel. You can import the data into other system or generate the reports yourself.
