ezPaycheck Payroll Software: State and Local Tax Forms
ezPaycheck payroll software fills in and prints the federal tax form W2, W3, 940, 941 and 943. It also generates several reports to help you fill in the state, city and other local tax forms. But ezPaycheck does not fill in the state and local paper forms.
You can click ezPaycheck left menu "Forms and Reports" to view the report options.
Note: Some local offices mail the tax forms to employers directly. You may also download the state and local tax forms online. If you have any questions about how to fill in state and local forms, please contact your local office.

Here are some reports you may need for state tax reporting:

You can export payroll data into .csv file and view it with MS Excel. You can import the data into other system or generate the reports yourself.
