Do I need to purchase pre-printed forms?
No. ez1095 can print both IRS copy and recipient copy on white paper. No pre-printed forms are needed.
Will IRS accept the forms printed on white paper?
Yes, IRS will accept the 1095 and 1094 forms printed by ez1095 on white paper. We already submitted our sample forms to IRS for approval.
ez1095 can import data from .csv file. You can convert the Excel file to .csv file easily by clicking the Excel application top menu "File" and then click "Save as". You should choose save file as .csv (comma delimited) file.
ez1095 cannot import data from the PDF file directly. But our ezDocuReader can extract 1095 data from PDF files into .csv files. ez1095 can import data from the .csv files.
Multiple User and Network Setup
If I purchase 2-user version, can I use ez1095 in two offices without sharing data?
Yes. You can use multiple-user network version as single user verison if you do not want to share the data.
My 1095 and 1094 submission was rejected by IRS. Can ez1095 efile replacement forms? Yes. On ez1095 efile screen, you can check the option "Is Replacement" to the efile documents for replacement.
Can ez1095 support efile feature of correction forms? Yes.
I filed 1095 forms with other software. Can ez1095 file correction forms for me?
Yes. If you need to file paper form, you can enter data manally or import data from the external files. If you need to efile correction forms, you should import the original form data from the previous efile documents first, then edit and generate correction forms.
